Grandma's Crispy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies Recipe

If you like oatmeal cookies, check out the recipe below.  It is for a cookie that is crispy on the bottom so it will be slightly crunchy yet as a drop it will soft at the same time.  Grandma did not say how many cookies this makes, so based on the amount of ingredients I am thinking between 3 and 3.5 dozen.  However, she did note that it is 81 calories per cookie. Most other cookie recipes will be 100-150 calories per cookie.  For a chewy version, see Grandma's Chewy Oatmeal Cookies.

If you do not care about calories, you can try Grandma's Chewy version  or variations of Quaker's Vanishing Oatmeal Raisin Cookies, which is my son's favorite substituting Craisins.

Thank you - will try today. I have all the ingredients. Just checking, there is no butter at all in the recipe?
