Two-minute Pineapple Pie


Feeling hurried over the holiday? 2-minute Pineapple Pie

Ingredients:

1 can heavy syrup crushed pineapple
1 large box instant vanilla pudding mix
1 - 8 oz. sour cream
1 Graham Cracker pie shell 
1 - 8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed in refrigerator when ready to make pie

Steps:

  1. Mix pineapple, sour cream, and pudding mix.
  2. Pour into pie shell.
  3. Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
  4. Spread top with Cool Whip before serving.  

Optional Tip:
If you want to make it seem fancy, call it Pina Colada Pie and add some coconut flakes on top of the Cool Whip.
