If you are planning a pool party or a child's birthday party this summer and want to do something different. I suggest using Teddy Graham cookies and Jello products to make these CUTE-COOL summer desserts instead of the usual cupcakes. However, you can use the idea for a beachy cupcake topping, rather than doing the pudding beach or jello pool.
