“Separation of Church and State" does not appear anywhere in
the constitution! So why do we allow Christian
religious symbols to be removed from federal, state, county, district, and city/town buildings? Is that not prohibiting religion, which is a guaranteed right in the first amendment?
For example, saying the Ten Commandments should not be displayed in courthouse because it is religious is ludicrous, as many of the commandments are easily reflected in most laws! Just a few highlights so you understand what I am saying:

- #4 foundation of "blue laws"
- #5 avoids elder abuse
- #6 says do not kill
- #7 says do not cheat on spouse
- #8 says do not steal
- #9 avoids slander or perjury
- #10 because desire/jealousy can lead to vandalism, theft, assault, etc.
