Beef and Wild Rice Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 cup wild rice
1/2 cup white rice
2 pounds ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can of milk (using an emptied soup can)
1 can mushrooms
Salt and pepper, to taste
Buttered crumbs
Steps:
- Cook rice according to directions on packages.
- Brown beef and onion together.
- Mix all ingredients together (except crumbs) into a casserole dish. Top with crumbs.
- Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
