- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mash bananas in a bowl with a fork until no lumps remain.
- Stir in oats.
- Fold in chocolate chips (or substitutes).
- Drop tablespoon-size portions of batter onto a nonstick baking sheet.
- Bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
- Cool for 2 to 5 minutes per serving.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl, using a fork to thoroughly combine the ingredients until it reaches a smooth and uniform consistency.
- Scoop heaping tablespoons of dough onto a greased or lined cookie sheet, about 1 inch apart.

- In a large mixing bowl, add almond butter and cocoa powder. Stir until cocoa powder is completely incorporated and is uniform in color.
- Add in the syrup. Fold and stir until the syrup is completely incorporated and forms into cookie dough. Stir until the dough has pulled away from the sides of the bowl and is firm enough to roll into balls.
- Use a Tablespoon-size measuring spoon to measure dough for balls, placing them onto baking sheet spaced about 2 inches apart.
- Flatten the dough balls into thick round cookies.
- Bake for about 10 minutes or until cookies no longer look wet on the surface and are slightly cracked.
- Let the cookies cool on baking sheet before removing.
- Cookies may be stored in an airtight container at room temperature.
